This notice covers kingsbrooktool.com and kbtqr.com, the short-link domain used by the QR codes on our gauges. Kingsbrook Tool Company (“we”) runs both.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the model you pick and your message.
- Launch emails. If you ask to be told when Simply | Measure is on Amazon, we receive your email address. We send that one email and then delete the address.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic request data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts.
How we use it
We use your message only to reply to you and to help with your product. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
Form messages are delivered by our email provider, Postmark, to our mailbox, hosted by Migadu. The site is hosted by Render, and requests pass through Cloudflare, which Render uses to deliver and protect websites. These providers process the data only to provide those services.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete a message you sent us, email customerservice@kingsbrooktool.com.

If this notice changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
